Back from Blogging Death!!!

So many things that I have to blog about. Some of the recent events are Vacation, WPPI, [b]school party, and of course my next blogging topic "Andrea and Mike's" wedding at the Mission Inn in Riverside.

As so many times I include a picture of the sunset from the particular day. I decided today since I was up and out driving early enough that I would pull over and get a picture of the sunrise. Here are a few images from my adventures this morning.

I was first introduced to Abby many years ago when my wife attended law school with her. As the years have progressed I have always been impressed with Abby's warmth and kindness. So I was truly happy to hear that Abby had found such a great partner in Ollie. Abby and Ollie are truly one of the most amazing couple I have ever met. I hope that we are blessed with them in our lives for many years to come. Here are a few images that were taken Saturday:

New Camera!!!

Well, after a long debate and a close decision I have decided to go with the "Nikon D300" as my new camera. I am not ready to make the move to a "Nikon D3" yet but hopefully someday soon. Also, under close consideration was the "Canon 5D". So, hopefully this week I will be ordering my new camera!!!!

Valentine's Day

So once a year we all gather to acknowledge the special someone in our lives. For me this is my lovely wife Julia. She is the one, who has helped me in so many ways, that I struggle on a daily basis to find the words to thank her. So this is one of the days in the year that we can specifically thank those who have done so much for us. So I posted the images of a few of the things I bought for Julia:

For those of you who haven't heard, which I doubt there are many of you, BECKER is starting a new school called [b]school. First off Becker is so amazing!!! He, along with many others like Jasmine, has done so many things to help other photographers to succeed at creating great images and run successful businesses. Thank you for all that you have done!!!

Amazing New World!!!

Well, it happened on 02/01/2008 the first Production model available for sale in the U.S. arrived at Tesla's headquarters. This marks a milestone in its development. Although a couple of Quarters behind (which is very good for a start up Car Company) this electric vehicle is the first step in getting more all electric models on the road. Soon they will be delivering many of these vehicles to waiting customers!!! Happy Day!!!

WPPI - Las Vegas

Well, it is official we are going to WPPI in Las Vegas next month. Last night we booked our room at the Paris and will be going for 3 days. We decided to go out March 16th-18th. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!!!!

Wedding Wire

As I grow as a "Wedding Photographer" I am trying to emphasis on getting better exposure for my services. So, just recently, I added my business contact information to “WeddingWire”. This is a great tool for brides to research wedding vendors and read reviews from other brides who have used these vendors. I personally prefer this site to “The Knot” because as the knot has grown over the years and has become overwhelming.

Rainy Days!

As it looks like we are headed for a weekend of rain, I will be spending sometime indoors, trying to finish some of the projects that for one reason or another haven’t been completed. I guess that’s why they call them rainy day projects. Although, would much rather be in Hawaii as my better half is currently there. More pictures to come as I will have a good amount of time to edit photos this weekend. As far as shoots go there will be no shoots this weekend due to rain.

Heather and Cory Engagment Session

I had a great time shooting Heather and Cory's engagment session as these two were wonderful to shoot. With this session there was never a dull moment. I can't wait until their wedding. Here are a few images from their engagment session:

January ABC meeting for San Diego

This month the local ABC meeting for San Diego was held at the US Grant hotel in downtown. The place was really nice after they finished their $56 million dollar renovation. The meeting was extremely helpful for meeting other wedding professionals. Here are a few images of these amazing center pieces that were done:
