Brooke & Nick

Brooke and Nick's engagement session was quite personal as they have been in each other lives for an extended amount of time. They have a very personal bond that I was honored to witness. They met when they were much younger and have continued to redefine their relationship over the years. Here are a few images from their engagement session.

Melissa & karl

Melissa and Karl were married at a location called “Angels Landing” which from its name set a tone for a very intimate event and didn’t disappoint. This was an event that I found I truly enjoyed due to its relaxed nature. Located just to the east of San Diego this facility was extremely beautiful. Kecia & Chris

Kecia and Chris are a wonderful couple who met about 15 years ago through the turmoil’s of life they had married and then divorced. Several years later they decided through their mutual love for God that they would give their relationship another try. This blossomed into a wonderful relationship that is stronger than ever. In a very small and intimate ceremony with only close family and friends they recommitted their lives to each other through their remarriage. These are a few of the images:

Vivianna & Dario

These two were amazing in the way that they were able to transform simple elements of their wedding into a magical journey. A journey that is only beginning with their wedding ceremony and continuing into what I hope will be a wonderful life together as a married couple. The ceremony and reception were held in Carlsbad,CA. Here are a few images from the day.

Nora & Josh

Nora and Josh got married on one of the biggest wedding days of this year. 07-07-07 marked a major point in the century that couples wanted to get married on. This wonderful young couple camped out for days waiting for the Ole Hanson mansion to open its doors for bookings for that day. For their determination they were rewarded with a beautiful wedding. Susanna and Ben were married at the Coronado Naval Base. It was a beautiful ceremony that allowed for some wonderful memories that I know they will always cherish. It was so great to work with them. Here are a few of the shots from their wedding.

Walk through nature!

Recently, before all of the wild fires, I was hiking through some of the burn area's of 2003. I took these photos about 2 weeks before the last fire ripped through the same area's. It is sort of sad to think that these area's were just starting to recover when they were burnt once again.

First Post!!!

As this is my first post to my new blog, which I am moving from my last blog to here, I should let everyone know a little about myself. I have been involved with photography in one way or another for the last 12 years or so. It started out as a hobby - just taking classes to get through school - and then turned into a passion of mine. I have been blessed, in that I have had the opportunity, to have taken pictures all over the world through my travels. About a year and a half ago I started my own wedding business after deciding to transform my passion into my business. Over the next couple of weeks I will start to post pictures of my work from previous weddings that I have shot.
